Instructions
Honey, Organic Goji Berry energy bars can be consumed during exercise. For sports where the digestive system is more sensitive to impact performance (trail running, marathon, ultra trail, running), favor small bites consumed ideally with an energy drink or water to facilitate digestion. For cycling, the consumption can be increased but requires a drink to avoid digestive problems. In both cases, consume the equivalent of one bar every 1.5 hours.
