Start from the sinuses and massage in a circular motion, smoothing under the cheekbone and up towards the ears. 6. Massage the masseters in a circular motion with a gentle pressure, smoothing up to the ears and down the neck to the décolleté to finish the massage. (Repeat 5 to 10 times) 7.
