Our crispy Knäcke" breads are made using traditional methods with wholemeal rye sourced exclusively from biodynamic demeter farming. Sprinkled with sesame seeds and enhanced by a fine touch of sea salt, they are ideal for breakfast or as a sweet or savoury alternative to bread during the day. Vegan, demeter, yeast-free, palm oil-free, high-fiber, with sea salt".
