From 8 months onwards, we keep a meal exclusively with 2nd age milk, often in the morning. You can make an extra meal with a spoon if baby is not too tired, otherwise you can keep 1 bottle with or without cereals. From 10 months onwards, you should keep at least 2 bottles a day of infant formula. You can also start introducing new textures, with small pieces.
