Guar gum can be used to thicken any liquid thanks to its gel-forming properties. When mixed with gluten-free flour, guar gum can also be used to lighten and soften baked goods.

Instructions

Guar gum can be used in baked goods, but also as a cold thickener.

In cold preparations: use 1 teaspoon per 200 mL of preparation. In hot preparations: use 1 teaspoon per 250 g of gluten-free flour.

Store in a dry, temperate place, away from light.
