Without becoming too technical, it is super interesting to tell you more about how this orange wine is vinified. In general, orange wine is a wine produced from white grapes and vinified with red wines techniques (leaving the skins and seeds). With Seres, we push the cap even further by infusing dandruff of several white grape varieties with red grape juice. You really have to test, taste and love to understand that we have just discovered (rediscover) a marvel of flavors and freshness!
