Small Menstrual Cup

Never use your menstrual cup for more than 6 hours continuously. Before changing it, clean your hands and dry them with a clean towel. To remove it, pinch the bottom of the cup to cancel the suction cup effect and pull gently. Then, rinse it. Sterilize it between each use by soaking it for 10 minutes in boiling water. To insert it, there are several folding techniques. The most common one is to fold your cup in 4: fold it in half and then in half again. Then, insert it in the lower part of the vagina and check that it is well opened to avoid any leakage. The menstrual cup is reusable between 5 and 8 years and is usually paid for in less than a year.
