Dried Fruits & Berries Mix in Bulk Organic

What is in this mix?

Goji berries, cranberries dried with cane sugar and sunflower oil, white mulberries, sultanas coated in sunflower oil, and physalis. Every fruit in it comes from organic farming, and there are no nuts and no seeds. Kazidomi Vrac sells the mix in a 250 g bag.

What does it taste like?

Tangy and sweet at once: the cranberry and the physalis bring the acidity, the white mulberry and the sultana the sweetness, the goji a faintly herbal note. The Kazidomi Vrac mix holds no added flavouring, and only the sugar on the cranberries softens the whole.

How is it used?

By the handful as a snack, over a porridge, a yoghurt or a bowl of cereal, in a granola, cookie dough or a fruit loaf. The Kazidomi Vrac mix also slips into a salad of raw vegetables, where the tangy fruit takes the place of a sweet dressing.

The superfoods mix or the high protein sports mix?

The Kazidomi Vrac superfoods holds dried fruit only: tangy, sweet, with no nuts at all. The high protein sports mix pairs almonds, cashew nuts, hazelnuts and hemp seeds with dried fruit, so a richer, denser mouthful. The first contains no tree nuts.

How is it stored?

In an airtight jar, somewhere dry and out of the light. The dried fruit in the Kazidomi Vrac mix hardens if left in the air and sticks together if it takes up damp. Sugar crystals on the surface of the sultanas are normal and signal no fault.
