Magnesium Bisglycinate - B6

What is in these magnesium capsules?

Magnesium bisglycinate, a form in which the mineral is bound to glycine, vitamin B6, a bulking agent (maltodextrin) and an anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate). The capsule shell is hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. Kazidomi sells this food supplement in a bottle of 90 capsules, manufactured in France.

How are they taken?

One dose a day, in the morning if possible, with a full glass of water. The label on the Kazidomi bottle sets the number of capsules, and that figure is a ceiling rather than a target. A food supplement works alongside a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle rather than correcting one.

Magnesium bisglycinate or zinc bisglycinate: which one?

Two separate minerals in the same Kazidomi range. The first delivers magnesium paired with vitamin B6, the second zinc on its own. The bisglycinate form is common to both: the mineral is bound to an amino acid, glycine. The decision therefore rests on the mineral, not on the form.

Are these capsules suitable for vegans?

The shell is hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, a cellulose of plant origin, rather than animal gelatine. No ingredient of animal origin enters the composition Kazidomi has settled on. Keep the bottle away from light, somewhere cool and dry, and closed properly after each capsule is taken.

What should I check before taking them?

Children under twelve, pregnant women and breastfeeding women should ask a health professional before use. The daily amount indicated by Kazidomi is not to be exceeded. The bottle stays out of the reach of children. A food supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet.
