Tomato Sauce Bolognese Organic

A classic among the classics, this Bolognese is nevertheless different from anything you have tasted so far. These pieces of organic minced meat simmered in this powerful tomato sauce are much too tasty to be missed! After all, we only have one life!
A little bit of seriousness... Our tomatoes come from a land of a hundred hectares, in northern Italy, certified organic and demeter. Production takes place only once a year, from the end of July to the beginning of September. It was essential for us to respect the natural cycle of the tomato and to offer you a 100% natural and not artificial product. From harvest to bottling takes no more than 12 hours, the objective being to preserve as much as possible of the nutritional properties and flavour of the product. All that remains is to wish you a good appetite!
