A touch of seriousness... Our tomatoes are sourced directly from Northern Italy, from a certified organic and biodynamic farm. Production takes place from the end of July to the beginning of September, according to the cycles of mother nature. From the ground to the bottling, no more than half a day passes, with a clear objective of preserving the nutritional properties of the product. Buon Appetito!
Let's talk a little bit about this delicious vegetable... uh fruit that is the tomato. When cooked, it is an excellent source of lycopene. With 90% water and only 15 calories per 100 g, our tomatoes will not make you gain weight, we promise! Tomatoes are also an excellent source of vitamins (A, B3, B6, B6, E and K), minerals and trace elements (copper, manganese, potassium) as well as antioxidants and, of course, fibers.
