This classic dish of French gastronomy is now suitable for vegetarians. Le petit salé is a complete traditional dish in which meat has been replaced by tofu. Simmered with a ribbon of vegetables (carrots, onions, cabbage, leek, peppers), it is slightly spicy.

Naturally gluten-free and 100% vegetable, this recipe is suitable for many diets.

Indulge yourself while eating healthy!

The quality of the ingredients, the authenticity of the recipes: there is all this at Karine & Jeff, but there is much more. If Karine & Jeff's organic cuisine offers inimitable flavours, it's also because it's seasoned with a great pinch of love.
