Boil bottle, ring and nipple for 3-5 minutes before each use. Boil water and let cool to about 50°C. Pour half of the water into the bottle and add the powder (for quantities, see the feeding chart below). To do this, fill the scoop without settling and level off with the back of a knife. Shake vigorously. Add the remaining water and shake again. Let cool to 37°C.
