Instructions

Empty the fryer's content into a special container and dispose it to a special waste collection point. Fill with hot water (approx. 50°C) and pour in one small bag. Stir to dissolve the powder and leave for 1 hour. Scrub if necessary, then rinse and dry.
This cleaning should be repeated 4x/year, or every 10 uses, to ensure that your machine is well maintained.
