We pour in the bottle the necessary quantity of water (we recommend it demineralized - 40°C max) We add the number of short measures corresponding 1 measure = 30mL of water Close the bottle and shake vigorouslySHAKE SHAKE SHAKE ! We check the temperature on the inside of his wrist The bottle must be prepared just before the meal and can only be kept for 1 hour. Use only the measure contained in this box, it has everything to please. One thinks of closing well the box and of preserving it in the dry (4 weeks max after opening).
