Asian 1/2 whole grain rice tagliatelle: 100% semi-sweet rice from Asian countries*. Coconut milk and spice sauce: coconut milk * 78.8 % (coconut extract* 50 %, water), spices* 5.8 % (lemongrass*, galangal*, basil*, chilli*, coriander*, cumin*, turmeric*, cinnamon* 0.3 %), rice flour*, virgin coconut oil*, salt, cane sugar*, combava leaf*, coconut vinegar*, garlic*. Spice sachet: combava* 50%, basil* 25%, lemongrass*. *Ingredients from organic farming.

I simply add (if I feel like it!): 200 g of tofu, shrimp or chicken. Prepare your rice tagliatelle: plunge them for 4 minutes in a large volume of boiling water. Drain them and keep them warm. Heat the mild curry sauce in a saucepan. Add the contents of the sachet of herbs consisting of lemongrass, combava leaves and basil to the sauce. At this point, you can fry 200 g of chicken pieces, shrimp or diced tofu in a pan or wok. Serve on a bed of Thai tagliatelle. Store in a cool, dry place.
