Carrot rillettes & fresh vegan cheese

Carrots, fresh vegan cheese, herbs and seasoning, that's all you need for a healthy and tasty starter


  • 320g of carrots
  • 50g of fresh vegan cheese (here, "Frais nature" from Les Nouveaux Affinés)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 shallot
  • Chives
  • Salt and pepper


  • Preparation time: 10 minutes
  • Cooking time: 25 minutes


  1. Peel, wash and slice the carrots.
  2. Peel and finely chop the shallot.
  3. Wash and chop the chives.
  4. Cook the carrots.
  5. Mash the carrots with a fork and add the mustard, cumin, salt and pepper.
  6. Add the shallot and chives.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Leave to rest in the fridge until ready to eat.
  9. Enjoy your meal!
