Ingredients

200g chickpeas
100g button mushrooms
1 red onion
80g coconut oil
100ml plant-based cream
150ml water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon agar-agar
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon salt

Recipe

Drain the chickpeas.
Slice the mushrooms and cook them.
Finely chop the red onion and sauté it in a pan with olive oil.
In a blender, combine the chickpeas, mushrooms, and onion.
Add the coconut oil, plant-based cream, and spices (cinnamon, salt, pepper, and turmeric).
Blend until smooth and homogeneous.
In a saucepan, pour the water, add the agar-agar, and bring it to a boil for 2 minutes.
Add the water and agar-agar mixture to the blender and mix again.
Pour the mixture into jars and refrigerate.
