Crustless Air Fryer Quiche

This light and flavorful quiche, cooked in the Air Fryer, is perfect for a quick lunch or a balanced dinner. A mix of fresh vegetables, eggs, and melting cheeses, it’s full of Mediterranean flavors. Easy to prepare, it can be served with a green salad and quinoa for a complete, nutritious meal. Ideal for a light meal, it can also be customized with black olives for extra taste.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • ½ zucchini, grated
  • 5–6 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 50 g feta, crumbled
  • 50 g Gruyère, grated
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • Salt and pepper
  • Pitted black olives (optional)

Recipe

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 180°C (356°F).
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the grated zucchini, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. In an Air Fryer-safe dish, sprinkle the grated Gruyère on the bottom. Pour in the egg mixture and add the cherry tomatoes and feta.
  4. Cook for 10–15 minutes until the quiche is golden on top. Serve with a green salad and quinoa.
