Ingredients
- 250g of orzo pasta
- Black olives
- A few red onion pickles
- 1/2 cucumber
- Around 15 cherry tomatoes
- A few sprigs of chives
- A few sprigs of dill
- Olive oil
- Vinegar
- Optional: black olive tofu
Recipe
- Cook the orzo pasta according to the package instructions (approx. 10 min).
- Chop the tomatoes, olives, and cucumber.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled orzo with the tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and red onion pickles.
- Optional: add diced black olive tofu.
- Prepare a vinaigrette with olive oil and vinegar.
- Finely chop the chives and fresh dill.
- Pour the vinaigrette and herbs over the salad.
- Mix well and enjoy!
