  • 40g oats
  • 1 banana
  • Cinnamon
  • 40cl almond drink (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Recipe

  1. Place the oats, banana, cinnamon, chia seeds, and plant-based milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Melt the coconut oil in a pan and form small pancakes with the batter.
