Ingredients
- 40g oats
- 1 banana
- Cinnamon
- 40cl almond drink (or any plant-based milk)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Recipe
- Place the oats, banana, cinnamon, chia seeds, and plant-based milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Melt the coconut oil in a pan and form small pancakes with the batter.
- Serve on a plate with your favorite toppings: coconut yogurt, seeds, Chokodomi...
