A delicious and simple recipe of sesame hummus to enjoy as a spread of in a mixed salad

Place cooked chickpeas, olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, cumin and garlic in the bowl of a blender and mix well until getting a smooth consistency.
Dilute olive oil until the consistency gets smooth and dense.
Add 5 tablespoons of cold water, a pinch of salt and mix again. Taste and adjust the seasoning according to your taste. The dough should be smooth and creamy, but remain spreadable. Add the pepper at the last moment and mix by hand.
Serve in a bowl sprinkled with sesame seeds and a dash of sesame oil.
Store in the fridge 4-5 days.
