A twist on the traditional toasts often served during the holidays, a pure delight.

Ingredients

Ingredients for 6 persons

  • 1 large sweet potato
  • Lacto-fermented tofu "feto"
  • 90g of fig chutney
  • A handful of chopped nuts
  • Rosemary
  • Olive oil

Recipe

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Clean the sweet potato and cut it into slices.
  3. Bake the sweet potato slices with a drizzle of olive oil for 20 minutes. Flip them halfway through.
  4. Cut thin slices of tofu to place on top of the toasts.
  5. Once out of the oven, let them cool slightly, then add the tofu, chutney, and a few sprigs of rosemary.
  6. Serve.
