A Belgian company that grows exotic mushrooms in beer residue grains from Belgian breweries. Enjoy the risotto with dried shiitake without further delay.
In Belgium, a jar collection system exists through which you can collect 1€ per jar (details available on the Lili Bulk website)
Ingredients: carnaroli rice, dried shiitake, vegetable broth, semolina garlic, dried red peppers, dried parsley, dried thyme, dried leeks. Preparation: Pour 3 tablespoons of oil into a frying pan over low heat. Empty the mix and stir gently until the rice grains are translucent. About 6-7 minutes. In a saucepan, pour 2 volumes (2 jars) of water and bring to a boil. Using a ladle, water your risotto every 5 minutes. The rice is cooked for about 20 minutes. Tip: add 40gr of grated Parmesan cheese and/or 10ml of cream or vegetable cream at the end of cooking.
