All Lili Bulk foods are 100% organic certified and carefully selected. This Dhal, typically Indian, will allow you to escape to India the time of a meal. All you have to do is add a few seasonal vegetables. This mix will allow you to always have a healthy dish in your kitchen to share with family or friends. For 3 to 4 persons.
In Belgium, a jar collection system exists through which you can collect 1€ per jar (details available on the Lili Bulk website)
Ingredients: basmati rice, coral lentils, mild curry, vegetable broth. To be added: 750 ml water, 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 500g pumpkin (in winter) - 400 g courgettes and 100 g tomatoes (in summer) Ginger (optional) 6g. Steps to follow: 1) Finely chop the onion, garlic and ginger and dice the pumpkin into 1 to 2 centimetres cubes. 2) Pour everything into a pot with the contents of the mix and 750ml of water. 3) Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat, covered, for 15 minutes. Stir regularly. 4) Garnish with fresh cilantro (optional). Tips: Our dhal mix is comforting and can therefore be served as a single dish. With children you can serve it with shrimps or fried chicken fillets. For a real Indian evening, serve it with naan. If you have leftovers, use them as a base for buddha bowls!
