Natural Salmon Organic

The natural salmon of the Phare d'Eckmuhl is prepared in Douarnenez in Brittany, from certified AB salmon from an organic aquaculture. This means that the conditions under which the fish is raised respect strict and precise specifications. Qualified as a "fatty fish", salmon is rich in omega 3 and offers an excellent source of complete proteins. It also contains phosphorus and selenium, as well as numerous vitamins (B1, B3, B5, B12, D) in large quantities.
