Felt Eyeliner glides over the eyelid for a subtle and adjustable line from the thinnest to the thickest.
Instructions
Shake the eyliner before each use. To reach the root of the lashes, close the eyelid and pull your skin slightly upwards. For a perfect line, start at the centre of the eye, trace outwards and then inwards. The higher the eyelid, the wider the line can be.
