Here is the 100% ORGANIC Seitan from Vetara. Seitan is a very good alternative to meat. Seitan or wheat gluten has the same texture as braised tofu, seitan is made from wheat gluten and is sometimes known as "sirloin duck". It is an ingredient normally used in salty dishes. Seitan goes very well with dishes in sauce, but also when it is mixed it is very good for a Bolognese or a stuffed tomato!!
