Use 1-5 minutes on clean skin with a previously applied oil/serum. Prepare your lymph glands by massaging them (at the base of the neck and at the level of the collarbones) Place the spoons in the fridge for a few minutes to relieve congestion or in warm water to relax. 1. Start at the forehead level by smoothing from the center to the outside then from the bottom to the top with the flat of the spoon. 2. Smooth with the tip of the spoon handle along the brow line to sculpt. 3. Decongest the eye area with the large flat part of the spoon, smooth from the inside to the outside, going up to the temples, using light pressure, then with the eyes closed, smooth from the inside to the outside. Make small pumping movements, the spoon flat perpendicularly, from the inside to the outside to drain the lymph. 4. Work on the fine lines of the crow's feet, massaging in a grid pattern more intensely and rapidly with the cutting edge of the large part of the spoon. 5. Then, to sculpt the cheekbones, massage with the cutting edge of the spoon handle, starting from the nose, passing under the cheekbone and then smoothing up towards the ears. 6. To work on the nasolabial folds, use the cutting edge of the spoon and work by scraping from the bottom to the top and finish by smoothing on the rest of the cheek up to the base of the hair. 7. To work the lips, use the tip of the spoon handle, from the center to the outside. 8. To work the double chin, start at the neck and work your way up to the underside of the chin, then finish by smoothing over the lower cheek, up to the ears and back down to the neck to finish. (Repeat 5 to 10 times.)
