Biodynamic White Wine Hisute Organic

The Hirsute Blanc from the Les Equilibristes brand is a unique white wine, produced using biodynamic methods. This wine has a beautiful freshness with aromas of white fruits and a slight minerality. The producers, committed to vinification with minimal intervention, allow each bottle to faithfully reflect its terroir of origin. An ideal choice for those looking for natural and expressive wines, perfect to accompany light dishes such as seafood or fresh salads.

A lively and expressive nose with aromas of ripe apple and pear, peach, dried apricot, citrus, and floral notes. A full-fruited and smooth wine with a rich structure, a hint of honey and marzipan, and a pleasantly fresh, mineral undertone. Very refined and beautifully balanced. The wine is aged 20% in four-year-old wooden barrels for six months and is not filtered.

Les Équilibristes is a collective of 7 highly passionate winemakers from across France. The story began in 2010, when François, a Paris-based restaurateur and wine merchant, went to support winemaker Florent during the harvest and vinification period. In 2015, they founded the collective, soon joined by other winemakers, with the goal of sharing experiences, breaking habits, challenging one another, and experimenting.

All members of the collective work biodynamically and craft terroir-driven wines that allow the grape to express itself fully. Only natural yeasts are used, with minimal addition of sulfites. The wines are bottled by each winemaker and then shipped from Florent’s winery in Bergerac. The name of the collective, Les Équilibristes (The Tightrope Walkers), reflects their love for balanced, airy wines that are daring and walk the line.
