Kazidomi organic plant-based bolo sauce has everything of a bolognese, without the meat: chopped and puréed tomatoes, a base of onions, celery, carrots and peppers, extra virgin olive oil, thyme and oregano, and textured pea protein for bite.

It is a source of protein: 3.2 g per 100 g, or about 11 g per jar. It heats up in minutes for spaghetti, lasagne or a plant-based cottage pie.

350 g glass jar, enough for 3 to 4 servings of pasta. Vegan and certified organic, made in Italy.

For pasta Heat the sauce gently in a pan for 3 to 4 minutes, then toss with drained pasta. One 350 g jar covers 250 to 300 g of dry pasta, or 3 to 4 servings.

In the microwave Pour the sauce into a suitable dish (never heat the closed jar), cover and heat for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring halfway.

More ideas Plant-based lasagne, cottage pie, stuffed peppers or courgettes, tacos. Sprinkle with nutritional yeast for a cheesy touch.
