Soleil Orange is the new star from Guilhem, an eco-friendly product that revolutionizes the traditional approach to wine. The bottle, lightened to not exceed 500 grams, is devoid of capsules, demonstrating a strong commitment to reducing environmental impact.

In terms of tasting, Soleil Orange stands out with its unique orange color, derived from unchanged vinification and blending processes. This unusual wine reveals light oxidative notes from its aging process and is accompanied by aromas of fresh almonds, mango, candied mandarins, quince paste, and spices. Harvested in September, the organic Chardonnay is placed whole in earthenware jars, followed by a two-month maceration with regular punching down to extract tannins from the skins. Without the addition of sulfites, its 8-month aging promotes natural oxidation which gives it this characteristic orange hue.
