About this product
This Grand Cru bar has an even higher cocoa content, 85%, and is made using beans from the Kokoa Kamili plantation in Tanzania, processed at low temperature without roasting. The result is a pure, intense dark chocolate with a long, full-bodied finish. We use mainly whole sugars with a low glycaemic index. For this recipe, we use Java coconut blossom whole sugar.

Instructions
Keep it in a cool, dry place, away from light. Ideal storage temperature 17°C. In case of high heat, you can put your chocolate in the refrigerator. Just make sure it's in airtight packaging so the chocolate doesn't absorb moisture. Take it out a few minutes before eating it.
