The list of ingredients might seem long and scary, but don't panic! You just need to mix everything together, bake and let cool.

**DRY INGREDIENTS** **WET INGREDIENTS**
450g oat flakes 180ml applesauce
150g almonds 2tablespoon linseed oil
90g sunflower seeds 60ml Acacia honey
90g pumpkin seeds 80ml agave nectar
90g linseeds 160g rapadura (non-refined cane-sugar)
90g hazelnuts
Handful of nuts

+ dry fruits, chocolate, cocoa according to your tastes

What you need to do :

Easy peasy lemon squeezy !

1) Preheat your oven to 330°F.

2) Pour all the dry ingredients in a bowl and the wet ingredients in an other. Mix the wet ingredients together then pour them over the dry ingredients. Mix again until combined.

3) Pour your mixture on two baking tray covered with a baking sheet and spread evenly. Bake for 40 minutes or until colored. Half way through, switch the baking trays levels and stir a bit so that it cooks evenly.

4) When colored, take the granola out and let it cool completely. Once cool and hardened, break it roughly to have crunchy granola. Add dry fruits or chocolat chunks to your liking. This stock will last you for weeks !
