Its jasmine aroma is released during cooking. It is also a rice that can be germinated. Ideal to add colour to your plates!
RECIPE: Fry 200gr of Black Thai Rice over very high heat for 1 minute in a little oil, then pour in 1 time and 1/2 its volume in boiling water, cover, bring to a boil and cook for 30 minutes until all the water has been absorbed, without lifting the lid. Add 1/2 stick of cinnamon, and 3 cardamom seeds slightly crushed. Let stand with the lid closed until ready to serve.
