Pumpkin soup with coconut milk

A delicious soup that will warm your body and heart !

- 1 kg of pumpkin - 2 cloves garlic - 1/2 teaspoon of ginger - 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric - 300 ml coconut milk - 500 ml of vegetable broth


  • Preparation time : 5min
  • Cooking time: 30min
  • 6 persons


  1. Peel and cut the pumpkin into small cubes and steam for about 20 minutes (the pumpkin is cooked when you can easily push the tip of a knife).
  2. Place the pumpkin pieces in a large saucepan, add the vegetable broth, the crushed garlic cloves, the coconut milk, the turmeric and the ginger. Mix everything until a smooth smooth soup.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low heat for about ten minutes. Serve hot and enjoy !
