Homemade vegan butter

A simple vegan butter easy to prepare in a few minutes !

  • ½ cup of almond powder
  • ¼ cup + 2 tbsp. almond milk or other vegetable milk
  • 2 tbsp. of malted yeast
  • 1/8 tbsp. of turmeric powder (for color, optional)
  • 1 tbsp. of lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp. of virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup of melted coconut oil
  • ½-1 tsp. of salt for a salty version


  • Preparation timing : 10 min.
  • For 3 small bowls of butter


  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well
  2. Put the mixture in a blender and mix for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is well homogeneous
  3. Put the butter in airtight glass containers
  4. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight until the butter hardens
  5. Use your butter to cook or just your bread ! Enjoy your meal !
