Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 150 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 5 g of coconut sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/2 vanilla pod
- 1 tablespoon pepper berries
- 2 slices of fresh ginger
- 4 small star anise
- 12 green cardamom berries
- 1 bag of black tea
Preparation
- Preparation time : 10 min
- 1 big glass
Recipe
- In a skillet, pour the water and all the spices. Add the tea bag. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the almond milk, bring to the boil again and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Remove the mixture from the heat, add the coconut sugar, mix well and filter everything.
- It's ready !
