Lazzaretti's squid ink tagliatelle has a deep black color, naturally obtained from the ink. Made by hand following an old-fashioned rolling process, the dough is kneaded cold like fresh dough and then cut with a knife. Made with durum wheat semolina, the pasta is also rich in proteins. They are presented in small nests of about 9 g.

Instructions
