Amaranth & Rice Pasta Organic

We offer you an amazing recipe, composed of the excellent mix of rice and amaranth.

The amaranth is one of the oldest species of plants cultivated by man! Naturally gluten-free, this seed was considered by the Incas as a "miraculous seed". It is rich in lysine and proteins, much richer than cereals in iron, magnesium, potassium or zinc.

Amaranth is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, which helps the body fight inflammation and maintain a good immunity!

Our pasta is produced in a family and artisanal workshop in the Piedmont, which works with fresh raw materials, organic, certified 100% gluten-free and vegan.

The cutting and molding of the pasta (in bronze) is done in the purest Italian tradition, following a slow drying process at low temperature for at least 20 hours.

The final result is a product rich in taste that, thanks to a careful manufacturing process, preserves all the organoleptic and nutritional properties of the ingredients.

Our pasta has a more fragile texture, different from "classic" pasta because it is gluten-free.
