Harvested on about a hundred hectares in northern Italy, our tomatoes come from a small producer certified organic and demeter. The harvest is done once a year at the end of the summer, from the end of July to the beginning of September. We were committed to respecting the natural cycle of the tomato and to offer you a 100% natural and not artificial product. After harvesting, the tomatoes are processed and bottled within a maximum of 12 hours in order to preserve all the taste and nutritional values of the tomatoes.
