Autour Du Riz's Organic White Rice Express Rãmen are noodles made from local rice grown by micro-farms in northeast Thailand. The traditional know-how consists in drying the noodles at low temperature to obtain a smooth and soft texture. Made with stone ground Thai rice and filtered water, the recipe is as simple as the ramen is delicious. The noodles are naturally gluten free. Quick cooking 5 mn.
