Taste & Use:
Not a typical fruit or berry taste, fairly dry, determines the flavour when used in large quantities. Ideal to fi nish certain vegetable dishes; adds a lovely colour to the fi nish. Also combines well with sour smoothies, soak before use if necessary (1 h). Add 10 to 20 berries to tea and they will remove the bitter fl avour. Use 15 to 45g per day.
