Where it all began
Our story started over 50 years ago with a small, local shop owned by the Woods family in Northern Ireland.
Over the years the company grew to include a bakery and dairy business with one of the Woods’ sons John taking the helm.
John's 'Eureka' moment!
In 1996 when John had a health setback he became fascinated by the benefits of food for health and wellbeing.
On a mission to improve his own health and that of his family and friends, John came across the nutritional powerhouse that is Flaxseed.
That was his ‘Eureka’ moment. Realising that he could make healthy eating convenient & accessible to everyone, our Health Food blends were born!

From humble beginnings our range of healthy seeds, nuts & berries has grown to include over 15 different premium blends and healthy seed snacks.
Today we produce a range of healthy superfood combinations, which are a convenient, easy and quick way to gain a wide range of essential fatty acids, vitamins and minerals in your diet.

What started as an idea in rural Ireland quickly exploded across the globe with our range now sold in over 25 countries around the world.
