Instructions
This organic peppermint hydrolate can be used internally or externally
Internally: it facilitates the digestive action and is energizing. Mix equal parts of water and hydrosol, to be taken punctually in small doses.
Caution: It seems to potentiate the action of alcohol and energizing plants.
External application: Use a misting pump to take advantage of its soothing and refreshing virtues. Can be used on body and face.
Be careful not to spray on the eyes.
