Our tomatoes all come from a magnificent agricultural land that measures about a hundred hectares, it is located in northern Italy, and the farmer who works there is certified not only organic but also demeter. Production takes place only once a year, from the end of July to the beginning of September. It was indeed essential for us to respect the natural cycle of the tomato and to offer you a 100% natural and not artificial product. From harvest to bottling, no more than 12 hours elapse, the objective being to preserve as much as possible of the nutritional properties and flavour of the product. In short, we wish you a good appetite!
