About this product

Protein nut flour comes from ancient walnut trees of the European Union. Once the oil has been extracted from the nuts, the resulting material - the cake - is ground into a fine flour. With its high protein content, Protein nut flour is an ideal ingredient for all health-conscious gourmets: athletes, teenagers, pregnant women, seniors and also for people on a specific diet (vegetarian, vegan...). As a total or partial replacement for wheat flour, it delicately perfumes all your salty and sweet preparations. Its high absorbency also makes it an ideal flour for making milkshakes, mueslis and sauces. It is recommended to mix 10 g of flour with 10 ml of liquid.
