You can clean it by hand, with warm water and soap or in the dishwasher. Cleaning is facilitated by its edges without corners and by its smooth interior coating. It is made in Switzerland with European plastics. It meets the latest safety and hygiene standards of the European Union which means a composition guaranteed without BPA and compatible with food contact. But it goes further and is guaranteed without BPS, solvent nor aluminum.
