Matcha powder: 100% organic matcha* (Camellia sinensis) powder. Contains caffeine (0.13g/portion).

Acai berry powder: 100% freeze-dried acai berry powder* (Euterpe oleracea) (*from organic farming).

Tea tree essential oil: 100% organic tea tree essential oil.

Evening primrose-borage supplement: Ingredients for 4 capsules: Organic borage seed oil* 1000 mg, Organic evening primrose seed oil* 1000 mg, Tunique (fish gelatin, glycerine) 850 mg, Vitamin E (D-alpha tocopherol) 12 mg (100% of the Nutrient Reference Value). 76% of products of agricultural origin are organically grown.

Zinc supplement: Ingredients for 1 capsule: bulking agent: maltodextrin, zinc bisglycinate 50 mg including elemental zinc 15 mg (150% of NRVs*), tunic (pullulan gelling agent).

Instructions

Acai berry powder: Mix 2-3 teaspoons of acai berry powder with 300 ml of fruit juice, soy or rice drink. Store in a dry place & close the sachet tightly after each use.
Tea tree essential oil: Limit to 1 drop per kg of preparation.
Matcha powder: Mix 1 teaspoon (3g) of matcha powder with 70 to 100ml of hot water, or mix 5g of matcha powder with 200ml of vegetable milks (soy or rice, for example). Store in a dry place & close the sachet tightly after each use.
Evening primrose-borage supplement: 3 to 4 capsules a day. Swallow with a full glass of water.
Zinc supplement: 1 capsule a day, preferably in the morning, to be swallowed with a full glass of water.
