Instructions

Peppermint essential oil: Take a maximum of 5 drops a day, diluted in a teaspoon of honey, vegetable oil or on sugar. No more than 150 mg per day.
Psyllium powder: Mix 2-3 teaspoons of psyllium powder with 200 ml of fruit or vegetable juice. Store in a dry place & close the sachet tightly after each use. Not recommended for children under 6.
Turmeric powder: Mix half a spoonful of turmeric powder in curry powder, or with 200ml fruit juice or vegetable drink (perfect for a golden latte, for example). Can also be used to make sauces, curries or other savory preparations. Keep dry & reseal after each use.
